Our Policies

Our mission is to help you make your occasion a one of a kind event that will bring joy to your family, friends or loved ones.  We will do everything on our part to make this an unforgettable time, but we need your help.  Please read through these important notices to make sure you know your part of this arrangement.  We are confident that this will be a mutually enjoyable experience by both parties.

Payment

Payment is due upon the request, and  must be recieved before the delivery. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Liability

We are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any greeting.  We will do our best to avoid visible sprinklers; however, we will not be liable for damage to sprinkler systems.

All greeting signs remain our property. Any damage, destruction or tampering with it is prohibited. You are responsible for
replacement of any damaged or missing materials at full value. It is the responsibility of the renting party to ensure a yard display is not in violation of HOA/POA restrictions.

Cancelations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Inclement Weather

We will not be able to deliver your greeting in case of hazardous weather conditions such as lighting. If we are unable to reschedule the greeting due to inclement weather conditions, a refund will be processed.

Refunds

There is no refund for any cancellations within 2 days notice. 

We will not refund payment for errors that occur on the booking form.

Refunds will not be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, including but not limited to: wrong address, denied access to the home or business, customer’s request to remove the display.

Set Up and Take Down

All greetings are typically delivered and set up after 8 pm and removed after 8pm the following day. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.

Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements.

Homeowners MUST water the lawn the evening of the installation, and need to turn off their sprinkler systems and cancel yard maintance for the duration of the yard greeting rental.

We will place a small advertisement sign in the yard during the rental period.
